In February of 2014, Ghost River Theatre, Calgary Young People’s Theatre, and Green Fools Physical Theatre came together to create and run West Village Theatre, an 80-seat black box performance and administrative space located in the Sunalta neighbourhood of Calgary.  Now run by Calgary Young People’s Theatre and Ghost River Theatre, West Village Theatre is a hotbed of creative activity. The venue recently went through $160,000 worth of renovations to improve technical equipment available in the space, and make the theatre easier to use for both artists and patrons.
