Rental Information for 2025/26 Season

 Rental Fees (subject to change)

Rental Rates for Registered Charities or Not for Profits: 

$500.00 for a one day rental OR the first day of a longer rental

$350 per day for each additional day

For Profit Organizations Rental Rates: 

$1000.00 for a one day rental OR the first day of a longer rental

$600.00 per day for each additional day

Facility Fee:

$0.50 for each free/complimentary ticket given away

$2.50 for each ticket sold at any price level

House Tech:
Renters must use a WVT tech, the fee is $27.50/hour. A minimum 4 hour technician call is required for both the first day (load-in) and also for the closing day (strike), as well as any time the lighting board, sound board or other WVT technical gear is being used. All standard industry legislation, rules, regulations and ordinances apply concerning overtime. Please contact the WVT Administrator if you have any questions or concerns regarding this. 

Cleaning Fee: 

There is a mandatory $165.00 cleaning fee. Cleaners will come in at the end of your Rental Period.

*Ghost River Theatre has 4 Christie DHD1075-GS high-end projectors that may be available for rent. Please contact GRT via the link for more info.

CYPT Community DreamShop:

*CYPT operates the bay next door to West Village Theatre as a scenic shop that may be available for rent directly from CYPT. Please contact jamie@cypt.ca to learn more.
