Rental Information for 2024/25 Season

 Rental Fees (subject to change)

Rental Rates for Registered Charities or Not for Profits: 

$400.00 for a one day rental 

$275.00 per day for 2+ days of rental 

$125.00 per dark day 

*Lights and sound are included in these prices 

For Profit Organizations Rental Rates: 

$500.00 for a one day rental 

$350.00 per day for 2+ days of rental 

$200.00 per dark day 

*Lights and sound are included in these prices 

Ticket Surcharge:

$0.50 per ticket, free or $10 and under 

$1.00 per ticket, $11 to $19 

$1.50 per ticket, $20+

House Tech:
Renters must use a WVT tech, the fee is $25.00/hour. All standard industry legislation, rules, regulations and ordinances apply concerning overtime. Please contact the WVT Administrator if you have any questions or concerns regarding this. 

Cleaning Fee: 

There is a mandatory $165.00 cleaning fee. Cleaners will come in at the end of your Rental Period.
