THE MUZE

The first Ukrainian speaking Theatre in Calgary “Strum UA Theatre” presents an authentic performance “The MUZE,” directed by Snizhana Gukasian-Korobeinikova

This play is about two women in arts:
Sofya Yablonska (performed by Zlata Zelinska/Veronika July) - a journalist, photographer, who was the first Ukrainian woman who traveled around the world just alone in the early 20th century.

And Bronyslawa Wajs (performed by Anna Lupeko) - outstanding polish writer of Roma origin;
Performance "The MUZE" is about two different and very close paths of two talented women. Paths to freedom of self-expression, freedom of desires and values, freedom to be yourself!

Strum Unites talented Ukrainians and creates the bridge for different cultures and traditions.
For English speaking audiences there are available subtitles on the projector.

Don’t miss the opportunity to celebrate Ukrainian culture!
